When do I pay?
Only when you hire someone you found here. You tell us about the hire, we send an invoice, and you have 14 days to pay.
How is the fee worked out?
By the agreed starting salary: £1,999 under £40,000, £2,499 at £40,000 and above. One flat fee, never a percentage.
What if it doesn't work out?
If your hire leaves within 60 days of starting, your replacement hire from the platform is free.
How up to date are the candidates?
Every visible candidate has confirmed they're available within the last seven days, and has two confirmed references.
Can I contact candidates directly?
Yes, once you've revealed them you get their contact details. If you hire someone you were introduced to here within six months, by any route, the fee still applies. It's all in our employer terms.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. Signing up, searching and revealing are all free. You only deal with payment when you hire.
Do you cover roles outside the UK?
Not yet. AvailableTalent.io is UK only for now, both the candidate pool and our verification process are built around UK companies. We'll expand once we've proven the model here.
