Who can see my profile?
Signed-up employers see an anonymous version: your experience, skills, location and salary expectations. Your name, email, phone and full work history are only shown when an employer reveals you, and every reveal is recorded.

What do my references have to do?

Can I use this if I'm not in the UK?
You can register, but right now we're focused on the UK: search only covers UK locations, so you may not appear in every search the way a UK-based profile would. We'll expand to other countries once we've proven the model here.
